Join us for an adults only evening and some much needed me time. A space where you can relax and give to yourself. Feel free to show up however you are feeling as Natasha guides us through an evening of emotional acceptance.
Beginning with some gentle yoga and meditation to take us out of the mind and into the body, we will then move into an open chat all about our emotions and how we process them.
Encouraged to let our guard down with a cheeky glass of wine (non alcoholic avaliable for under 18) and nibbles this will be a deeply connecting and moving experience you won’t want to miss.
You’ll leave with some very useful tools and a greater awareness of yourself.
Natasha has very broad life experience. Her career began as professional dancer, which then progressed into a very successful career as a choreogrpaher, director and teacher. Now as an emotional healer, life coach and yoga teacher Natasha’s greatest passion in life is inspiring and assisting others.
